A: Yes certainly. We guarantee that you are able to use the storage and bandwidth that you are entitled to with the unlimited hosting plan as long as it falls within our Terms of Service. On the other hand, customers will need to understand that they are in a shared hosting environment, therefore there are system resources (CPU & Memory) restrictions in place, so they can't host Google in a $9.95 per month hosting plan.
Q: What is inode and do you have a limit?
A: An inode is a data structure in the system. Every file (webpage, email, image) uses 1 inode on your account. We have a limit of 250,000 inodes, and any shared web hosting account exceeded this amount, will result in a warning first, and will lead to suspension if no action is taken.
This restriction is in place because the number of inodes in a system is limited, and there are file system performance issues when dealing with these hugh amount of files.
Q: Can you help me migrate my account?
A: We will migrate cPanel based accounts, however if you are using different control panel, please contact us prior to sign up. We do not generally migrate your account instantly upon request, as there are different factors that contribute to the difficulty of the migration. One of the factors being your previous host server is overloaded, and any backup generation may leads to data corruption.

A: All shared hosting accounts will be activated instantly upon payment. In a rare case, a shared account may not be activated instantly as our system may have marked your order as fraud, and this will be process manually by us.
